When not leading in business, Tyler cherishes life as a devoted husband of 20 years, proud father of two daughters, and dog dad to Teddy. A passionate foodie and adventurer, he enjoys traveling, cooking, fitness, and discovering new culinary experiences.

Justin Le is a Mortgage Loan Originator at BlueGrey Mortgage. He first started his career off as a Physical Therapist Assistant working with neurological patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Here he learned to be patient and accommodate the needs of his clients/patients. He was humbled by the experience and the stories that will forever change his life. Justin has always been a focus-driven individual and knows where hard work and consistency can take him. He still enjoys using the knowledge and discipline he has obtained over the years and putting it into his work ethic.
Justin’s strong suit is his communication and kindness to others, providing first-class service to his clients in the mortgage industry.

My name is Alberto Lopez, and I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish. I grew up in Tampa, where I currently live, but I’ve also lived in Miami and Orlando, and studied in Tallahassee.
I’ve been involved in real estate since 2009, starting during the market crash when I specialized in wholesaling properties. Shortly after getting into wholesaling, I learned how to buy and sell privately held mortgages. That experience led me to discover my passion for mortgages, and eventually I became a licensed loan officer.

Today, I serve as Sales Manager at Bluegrey Mortgage in Tampa, FL, but I work throughout the entire state of Florida. We are also licensed in Georgia, Texas, Colorado, and Kansas. As a mortgage broker, we work with over 25 different lenders, giving my clients access to nearly every type of loan program available—conventional, non-conforming, FHA, VA, USDA, self-employed, ITIN, DSCR, vacant land, agricultural, and even commercial financing. I especially enjoy working with investors, and easily half of my clientele are self-employed.

What sets me apart is my dedication, strong work ethic, and ability to serve clients in both English and Spanish. I take pride in guiding homebuyers and investors through the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency, and care. And I answer my phone.

A little about me...

I began working in the mortgage industry in 2009 as a college student when I helped a friend who was a top producing mortgage broker recover from the 2008 mortgage crash. The part time job helped put me through college and turned into a full time job.

I work with investors looking to grow income with rental properties, families buying a first home or additional homes, individuals looking for their own space.  No loan is to big or too small. The true reward is helping families and investors find financial peace of mind.
